This project is a remodelling of a five-bed family house and the addition of a new rear extension to the property in North-West London.

The proposed works include replacing the conservatory with a large open plan and contemporary extension, enabling the dining room to be relocated next to the kitchen and connecting both spaces together. Alongside internal configurations, the proposed works will improve use and family living.

The proposed extension includes large double folding french doors which open out onto the garden, connecting the inside and outside spaces, without too much exposure to maintain privacy. The contemporary roof with large skylights allows natural light to flow deep into the rear of the house and also improves energy efficiency with better insulation.

The light timber floor, brick walls, bespoke joinery units and elegant lighting together give this large family house a warm country-feel with a modern contemporary look.
